Our below appointments can be conducted over the phone or in person at our office.

Find the appointment you require and either call us or send an email to speak with our receptionist to book an appointment at a time that suits you.

Our usual business hours are:

Monday to Friday 09:00-13:00, and 14:00-17:00

However, if these times are not adequate for your schedule, we can accommodate to outside business hours during weekdays.

Appointments can include drafting one or a combination of Estate Planning documents

Includes appointments relating to Application of Probate, Letters of Administration, Survivorship Applications and Estate Claims

Includes appointments for Vendors, Purchasers and review of Retirement Village Contracts

Billed on an hourly basis with the principal of the firm, John McClelland

Includes appointments for both guarantors and guarantees

Includes appointments regarding Commercial Leases, Review of Leases and Renewal of Leases

Appointments held with Anita Fitzpatrick

Appointments for all other matters including whether a different firm would better suit your needs
