Carew Gartlan McClelland is a law firm set in the heart of Eltham. Our office is upstairs in the Midway Arcade, opposite Eltham Station at 974 Main Road.

The firm is a successor to Bill Carew’s firm originally established in 1961, and for many years John and Helen Gartlan were principal solicitors at the same premises under the name W Carew Hardham and Gartlan.

The firm has a general practice. This includes Family Law, Wills & Estates, Conveyancing, Town Planning and Retirement Village Advice.

We are proud to have worked for three generations of clients and do not rely on flashy websites or loud advertising for work.

Clara has been with Carew Gartlan McClelland since 2019. She works primarily in Probate and Commercial leasing. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Latrobe University in 2016 and speaks fluent Dutch. Clara enjoys client contact and being able to help people in an efficient and friendly manner.
